I've always been big on wish lists for holiday gifts. I still make one every year and send to my immediate family. I make sure my husband and children do the same. Items range in price from the very inexpensive to pricey. Hey, it's a wish list, so put all of your wishes on it! It doesn't mean you'll get them, but it's all in good fun. You can hang on to others' lists for birthdays and other gift-giving holidays.
Some of my friends and family think those close to you should know you well enough to shop for you without a wish list, but I disagree. That can be dangerous! The holidays are stressful enough, and if you can make it a little easier on someone by pointing them in a certain direction, why not?! I like buying the occasional off-the-list gift that I know someone will love, but I also like sticking to gifts that are specifically requested.
If you haven't made a holiday wish list out yet, you need to now because December 1st is TOMORROW! Trust me on this idea ~ it will make everyone happier and their gift buying easier.
Below is my 2016 Holiday Wish List and maybe this will help you start your own. But, I have to admit a secret ~ three or four of these didn't actually make it to my final list because I just couldn't wait!. ~ Happy Holidays! - Jill - xoxo
